Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, collaboratively setting goals that promote client engagement and ownership of their mental health journey.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client.

• Regularly evaluate and modify treatment plans to reflect progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with ethical standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress and need immediate support.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the field.

• Ensure the confidentiality of client information and compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines governing therapy practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. This role allows you to address a wide array of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and life transitions. Your approach will involve a deep understanding of each client's unique experiences and goals, enabling you to provide personalized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required by the State Board.

• A commitment to upholding ethical standards in therapy and providing culturally competent care to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
