Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and identifying individual treatment needs to inform care plans.

• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions to patients requiring immediate mental health services, ensuring quality care delivery in line with established protocols.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to recognize and treat mental health and psychosocial issues, contributing to a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Monitor patient progress, initiating follow-up sessions to assess the efficacy of treatment options and making adjustments as necessary.

• Develop relapse prevention plans to help patients maintain stable functioning and support them in achieving their treatment goals.

• Document all patient interactions, including progress notes and diagnostic information, in compliance with clinical documentation standards.

• Consult with clinic management and team members to enhance behavioral health services and contribute to program evaluation efforts.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals while performing all job responsibilities.

• Participate in regular training and professional development activities to keep abreast of new methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will engage with a diverse patient population from varying backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Counseling or related fields is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
