Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating best practices in service delivery, including psychoeducational groups, and transitional group therapies.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that gather relevant data for accurate diagnoses, including mental status examinations, discussions of functional impairments, and a review of patients' behavioral health backgrounds.

• Work in partnership with clients to co-create individualized therapy strategies that effectively target specific mental health symptoms and presenting issues.

• Utilize trauma-informed and culturally competent methodologies during therapeutic sessions to ensure clients feel respected and understood.

• Facilitate access to community resources and services, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement suicide prevention interventions and provide ongoing management techniques to enhance patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will cater to a diverse clientele across various ages—from children and adolescents to adults and families—who are experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of three years of relevant therapy experience, particularly in crisis counseling and outpatient settings.

• A strong ability to collect, analyze, and utilize data for treatment planning and outcome evaluations.

• Demonstrated competence in facilitating group therapy sessions and engaging clients in collaborative discussions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
