Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Carilion Therapeutic Clinic, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a diverse range of mental health issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, ensuring effective treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
