Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. This virtual environment not only facilitates access for clients in Gresham, Oregon, but also allows you to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and locations. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Our digital infrastructure ensures that you have the tools necessary to provide effective therapy sessions, manage schedules, and document clinical notes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients utilizing evidence-based practices that inform the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, tailoring each approach to meet individual client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the safe storage and retrieval of client information.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, promoting an integrated approach to patient care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practices and share insights on patient progress and treatment efficacy.

• Educate and support clients and their families by providing information about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
