Work Environment\n

As a remote counselor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a regular schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is structured to eliminate evening and weekend hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our outpatient office setting allows for a smooth blend of teletherapy and in-office consultations, integrating modern technology with traditional therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while actively engaging in therapeutic processes.

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and devise appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, fostering an environment that encourages open communication and growth.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and progress notes aligned with organizational policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals seeking support for their unique life challenges, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on their mental health outcomes. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential issued by the state of Arizona.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, ideally with exposure to varied patient demographics.

• Exceptional critical thinking skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our fee-for-service model allows counselors to earn their income ahead of collections, minimizing financial strain. Additional benefits include:
