Our therapists work in an outpatient setting, providing services remotely while engaging with clients in a virtual environment. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with potential flexibility based on patient needs. This role allows you to work comfortably from your home office while connecting with a passionate team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that leverage evidence-based practices to construct personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your techniques based on ongoing client needs and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal quality standards, while also facilitating seamless communication with the treatment team.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and the professional development of the team.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment avenues, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to support their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license in the state of Oregon, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential for this role.
