Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals tailored to each client’s specific needs and ensuring ongoing evaluation of their progress.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, implementing strategies to stabilize their condition and ensure their safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to formulate integrated treatment plans that encompass all aspects of client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Willow Garden Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Willow Garden Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
