Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to determine their needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions aimed at tackling a wide array of mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they reflect progress and any evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely records through electronic health record systems, documenting all sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients, which may include collaboration with medical professionals, social workers, and other therapists.

• Stay informed on the latest research and adhere to best practices in marriage and family therapy, continuously enhancing your service delivery.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies, demonstrating preparedness and confidence to manage acute situations effectively.

• Promote self-care and wellness practices among clients, encouraging their participation in activities that foster emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including teenagers navigating adolescent challenges, adults managing life transitions, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. Our clinic emphasizes a holistic approach, focusing on each client’s unique background, culture, and personal history to tailor therapeutic strategies accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.

• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, as well as proficiency with electronic health record technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
