Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on improving mental health and well-being.

• Encouraging clients to articulate their emotions and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and working towards their personal mental health goals.

• Assessing the mental health condition of clients and developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, composed of stable adults who have undergone thorough pre-screening before booking sessions. These clients typically present with low acuity issues and are not experiencing severe mental health crises, allowing for a constructive and focused approach to therapy. Moreover, we will match you with clients according to your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a better fit for both you and your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full and active state license to practice independently without supervision as either a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• *Note: No provisional or limited licenses accepted. Candidates must provide license and state information.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an empathetic nature that fosters trusting relationships with clients. A comfort level with technology, including competency with virtual therapy platforms and administrative tools, will greatly benefit your practice. Experience in working with clients through telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is designed to reward your dedication to mental health care. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
