Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, discussing upcoming appointments and coordinating appropriate discharge plans.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with organizational policies and documentation standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and needs, ensuring accurate and thorough evaluations.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions, tailoring approaches and methodologies to best fit client requirements.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance skills and maintain professional development.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals from various age groups and backgrounds. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will be critical in addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will guide clients on their journey toward wellness, enabling them to achieve personal growth and improved emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology to manage client records and conduct therapy sessions, including software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable and skilled in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary packages, we offer a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
