Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and psychotherapeutic needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and client empowerment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide clients through their healing journeys.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, enabling participants to process their trauma and learn effective coping strategies in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for every client.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support in trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
