Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, depending on your qualifications, group therapy sessions for families or couples.

• Deliver mental health screenings and evaluations to identify clients' treatment needs and set benchmarks for progress.

• Utilize clinical judgment to employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Represent Hope Mental and Behavioral Health Center in a professional manner while actively engaging in continuing education and training.

• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and best practices for improving client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus includes a broad spectrum of clients, such as children, teenagers, adults, and first responders, each facing a variety of mental health challenges. As a counselor in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering healing and resilience among individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant counseling field (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
