Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and individuals to identify therapeutic needs and goals.

• Providing effective counseling sessions, both with couples together and on an individual basis, addressing issues that affect relationships and family dynamics.

• Creating tailored treatment plans focused on specific challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and adjustments to separation or divorce.

• Collaborating with other health professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their personal and relational growth.

• Documenting patient progress meticulously in our digital records system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will encompass a diverse array of individuals, couples, and families. You will work with adults, as well as children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding patients through challenges related to blended families, communication barriers, job stress, and conflicts between family members, thus making a significant impact on their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:
