Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs and determining appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and equipment-assisted procedures to promote pain relief and improved mobility.
• Setting measurable therapeutic goals that align with each patient's unique capabilities and needs.
• Regularly documenting patient progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members about treatment protocols and the use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and self-care.
• Staying current with best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging in professional associations, and consistently updating your methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually, along with an extensive benefits package that includes:
