Account Growth Manager

Focusing on client retention and satisfaction, the full-time Account Growth Manager will sell software and services to existing clients while managing project deliverables and facilitating upgrades in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and prepare quarterly growth/retention metrics Manage complex sales situations and oversee large-scale software implementation projects from contract signing to post-go live Collaborate with internal teams to develop leads, coordinate project plans, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction Required qualifications BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in higher education 1+ years of project management experience Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with evolving technology
