Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will utilize our telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your chosen workspace. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with an ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.

  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with staff and clients.

  Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
