Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Advantage Point Wellness Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions for pre-screened clients through our secure online platform.

• Independently managing your client scheduling and case management duties.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities best suited to each client’s needs, ensuring adaptive treatment plans.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to discuss challenging cases and share insights.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and participating in training sessions provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve have been carefully pre-screened and present with low acuity mental health conditions. This means that they typically require supportive therapy rather than intensive interventions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Advantage Point Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload. Full-time therapists can expect to earn between USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, while part-time counselors have the potential to earn up to USD 70,000 annually.
