Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of issues such as grief, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

• Completing timely documentation of client sessions and maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Scheduling follow-up appointments and managing your calendar to accommodate ongoing client needs efficiently.

• Utilizing a billing service for handling client accounts, claims, and insurance eligibility checks, allowing you to focus more on therapy and less on administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with clients from varied backgrounds, including individuals experiencing chronic illnesses and their families who require social-emotional support. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LCSW in the state of Connecticut.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will benefit from:
