• Analyze and interpret criminal law materials, including statutes, case law, and court filings, to extract relevant insights.
• Review and edit complex legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with professional standards.
• Summarize legal arguments, judicial decisions, and procedural issues for use in training legal AI models.
• Distill intricate legal concepts and reasoning into concise, accessible language.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve legal content, ensuring real-world applicability and fidelity.
• Stay current with developments in criminal law and incorporate new authority and practice developments into assigned tasks.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams using digital platforms to meet project milestones.

• Juris Doctor or LLM from an accredited law school, and active bar membership.
• Substantial experience practicing criminal law, preferably within BigLaw or major law firm environments.
• Proven legal research, analysis, and legal writing skills in criminal matters.
• Experience reviewing and synthesizing large volumes of legal information with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain nuanced legal issues clearly.
• High ethical standards and sound legal judgment.
• Interest in or experience with legal technology and willingness to adapt to new digital collaboration platforms.
