Technology Transactions Attorney for Legal AI Training

Role Overview

Apply your technology transactions expertise to improve how advanced AI systems review, interpret, and evaluate contracts. This part-time, remote contractor role focuses on training and assessing AI for real-world legal work, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves accuracy, risk identification, legal judgment, and output precision.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of technology transactions experience, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
• Experience at a corporate law firm.

Work Terms

• Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $80 to $130 per hour.
