Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed professional counselor within our community health clinic, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your caseload can be customized to focus on areas where your strengths manifest, whether that be trauma recovery, relationship counseling, anxiety management, or depression treatment. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys while promoting resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPC license within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, EMDR.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, or a willingness to train on these systems.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
