Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Deaconess, you will:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical functioning and developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Implement and modify treatment programs for patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize patient outcomes, ensuring the treatment aligns with the physician's plan of care.
• Provide ongoing patient education and support to empower patients and their caregivers in understanding their condition and the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights to improve overall quality of care delivery.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the operational effectiveness of the practice.

Qualifications
