Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Robust understanding of and experience addressing mental health issues in individuals with co-existing medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient engagement and collaboration with colleagues.

• A strong commitment to adhering to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and related software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
