Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals living with complex medical conditions and psychological challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and substance use issues. Your role will be vital in understanding how these co-occurring conditions can impact a patient's overall health and effectiveness in managing them.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Expertise in providing mental health care for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in integrated care and effective collaboration with medical personnel.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building productive relationships with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
