Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility in your work schedule, with core office hours running from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the role is primarily conducted remotely, you will have access to necessary digital tools such as electronic health record (EHR) systems, teletherapy platforms, and communication tools ensuring seamless interaction with both clients and your support team. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy to facilitate individual and group sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a team of therapists to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies and help clients navigate challenging moments.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
