Flex & Move Therapy is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work onsite in our outpatient office, where you will play a critical role in facilitating patient recovery and improving their quality of life. Work Environment

Our outpatient facility in Las Vegas is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and rehabilitation equipment designed to facilitate optimum patient care. Working hours typically extend Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing our staff a healthy work-life balance. The friendly and supportive team atmosphere promotes open communication, with regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities, based on patient assessments.
• Deliver consistent monitoring and updates of patient treatment progress, ensuring that adjustments are made as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients about injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and strategies to maintain their health and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and other therapists, to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records that accurately reflect treatment interventions and outcomes to support effective communication and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily treat a diverse patient population facing various challenges, including back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as balance and gait difficulties. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their recovery journeys, helping them regain mobility, strength, and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, with proven ability in treatment modalities and techniques.
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills to develop effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and trends.
• Experience in outpatient settings with a collaborative approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
