Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ history of substance use and mental health conditions, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health issues, adapting strategies as necessary to reflect client progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivated interviewing to encourage client engagement and motivation.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated care that fosters optimal recovery outcomes.

• Educate and actively involve clients’ families in the recovery process, helping them to understand addiction and their role in supporting their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
