About Brainfish: The Role What you’ll own Full-Cycle Execution: Own the process from sourcing to signature. Partner with the CEO to sharpen positioning and develop the playbooks that define how an AI-native category is sold. You will lead sophisticated discovery and multi-stakeholder negotiations across CS, Product, IT and Procurement. Funnel US market intelligence and competitive insights directly to the Product and Marketing teams. Who You Are 5+ years of SaaS closing experience with a history of consistent quota attainment. You’ve excelled at selling complex, technical products to sophisticated, multi-layered organizations. You’ve seen what good looks like at scale, but you thrive in the world of an early-stage startup where you create the structure rather than just following it. You have a high degree of technical curiosity (AI/LLMs) and the business acumen to translate sophisticated product capabilities into clear financial ROI. You don\'t need a process; you’re here to help us create it. Nice to Haves Experience as an early hire for a successful scale-up.
