Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for managing a diverse client caseload, primarily focusing on youth mental health. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, evaluate their mental health stability, and discuss their future appointments.

• Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs in collaboration with them to ensure their goals are met.

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation for all client interactions including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Facilitating a specified number of individual therapy sessions per week, while also engaging in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional development.
\n
• Embracing an ethos of continuous learning and improvement to foster effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is highly focused on serving youth clients, including those experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will be expected to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where young clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and challenges. Your work will not only aim to address immediate mental health concerns but also empower these individuals with coping strategies for long-term success.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
