Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to assess and treat patients according to their therapeutic needs and goals.

• Provide support for patient treatment plans through regular observations, maintaining detailed and timely documentation.

• Orient and educate patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and facility operations.

• Assist patients with personal needs, including support during crises or emergencies while collaborating with nursing staff.

• Prepare and complete progress notes by the end of each shift that reflect patient progress towards established therapeutic goals.

• Demonstrate effective time management by prioritizing tasks and responding promptly to patient needs and changes in behavior.

• Advocate for additional services or resources that may benefit assigned patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
