Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify mental health concerns and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that encourage healing and growth while fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to provide coordinated care, attending regular team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and their families, many of whom face significant life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid professional license, such as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrate specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, particularly in diverse clinical settings.
