This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while delivering critical services to clients from the comfort of your home. However, you will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing mental health and detox services via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate individual client strengths, needs, and support systems.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans that address both mental health and substance use issues holistically.
\n
• Advocate for clients’ rights, assisting them in accessing vital community resources and support services tailored to their unique challenges.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to enhance clinical skills, share insights, and develop robust treatment plans based on collective expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals in need of detoxification and mental health support, including those experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, representing various backgrounds, demographics, and circumstances. Your commitment to cultural competence will be critical in establishing rapport and delivering effective care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing comprehensive social work services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and designing treatment plans that are client-specific and dynamic.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with a diverse client population.

• A deep commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice principles in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a detox or addiction treatment setting is preferred.

• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices, such as DBT or ACT, will be advantageous.
