Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the specific needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices. Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients cultivate resilience and achieve their mental health goals. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation consistent with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate records to support client confidentiality. Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic support designed to enhance client recovery. Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to evaluate and elevate the quality of care provided within the center. Offer educational resources and support to clients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge needed to navigate their mental health conditions effectively. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continually refine your practice and offer the most up-to-date care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, addressing a variety of mental health issues including trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from a recognized institution, affirming your academic and professional foundation. Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, showcasing your qualifications to practice independently. An understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to effectively tailor treatment to individual cases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build authentic relationships with clients and establish a trusting therapeutic alliance.
