Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of low-acuity adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight management challenges, and grief. The mental health services you provide will focus on creating a safe space for these individuals, helping them navigate their challenges and fostering their overall well-being. Importantly, our platform does not facilitate care for children or severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on those who are ready for telehealth support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection, along with a functioning computer (PC or laptop; tablets are not permitted).
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with telehealth technologies.

• Background in working with low-acuity mental health issues or in similar client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a flexible work schedule that encourages a healthy work-life balance.
