Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health needs. The focus is on helping these clients improve their quality of life by equipping them with essential skills for emotional and behavioral health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic disposition, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in various computer software applications, including virtual communication tools and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or counseling services via virtual platforms is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with a range of treatment modalities.
