Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work on-site with a vibrant group of students, providing vital speech and language services that foster growth and academic success. Your expertise will directly impact around 40 children, supporting them in overcoming communication challenges and achieving their IEP goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience, especially with elementary-aged students, desired
• Strong background in performing evaluations and developing/implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary students in a supportive, collaborative setting
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for assigned caseload (approximately 40 students)
• Develop, implement, and monitor student IEP goals; maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Work closely with special education professionals, classroom teachers, school leaders, and families to ensure holistic, student-centered support
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and collaborative planning sessions
