Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home while still being an active part of a collaborative team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate client schedules. This adaptability helps ensure that our services are readily available to those in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique goals and preferences are prioritized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Provide thorough education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, encompassing treatment options and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress rigorously and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to enhance treatment methodologies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development workshops to continually refine clinical skills and explore best practices in mood disorder treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with mood disorders, including those experiencing significant emotional and psychological distress. You will foster therapeutic relationships and guide individuals through their treatment journey, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and collaboration to maximize recovery and restore quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in CBT and DBT.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Documented success in achieving positive outcomes for clients struggling with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from all walks of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
