Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will serve clients dealing with significant emotional, relational, and systemic challenges as they navigate the complexities of end-of-life care. Your expertise will help them to cope with grief, loss, and the transitional phases associated with hospice services, as well as address broader systemic issues impacting their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LCSW license in California, maintained in good standing.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with a strong foundation in clinical knowledge.

Preferred Experience\n

• 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a focus on grief and bereavement counseling being an advantage.

• Proficiency in diagnostic formulation and trauma-informed care with a culturally responsive lens.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant communities.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms, such as SimplePractice and Zoom, to ensure seamless client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
