Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Reaching Beyond Limits, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough assessments of students’ emotional and psychological needs, ensuring each evaluation is tailored to the individual.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans aimed at improving coping strategies and promoting positive mental health in both individual and group settings.

• Providing ongoing therapy and counseling services to students and their families, facilitating open dialogue and understanding of mental health issues.

• Maintaining updated knowledge of best practices within the field of social work, committing to continuous professional development.

• Documenting all client interactions in a clear and timely manner, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with school-aged children and adolescents who face a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social difficulties. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A valid LCSW license and a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a social work capacity, particularly with children and adolescents.
