Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. Located in the heart of Sacramento, California, Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, encompassing over 5000 square feet of innovative treatment space. Our center specializes in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, catering primarily to patients with private medical insurance. Our team consists of dedicated professionals, including two licensed physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to delivering exceptional care. Work Environment

The work environment at Revive is designed to support optimal healing and rehabilitation. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and adaptive equipment to ensure a comprehensive treatment experience. The scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while providing high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and establish treatment goals tailored to each patient's condition.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, delivering personalized therapeutic interventions that improve mobility and function.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques that focus on enhancing strength, flexibility, and independence.
• Utilize effective manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery for patients dealing with pain and movement restrictions.
• Engage in the creation of customized fitness programs that promote overall wellness and prevent future injuries.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in an electronic medical record (EMR) system, such as WebPT, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and specialists, to optimize treatment plans.
• Provide education and encouragement to patients and their families to promote adherence to therapy and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Monitor patient progress, conduct regular evaluations, and adjust treatment plans based on individual responses and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgical interventions. We collaborate predominantly with patients who possess private medical insurance, ensuring that they receive timely and effective care tailored to their unique conditions. Our approach prioritizes empowering and motivating patients at every stage of their recovery, making it imperative for our therapists to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in California.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, is highly beneficial.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting focusing on orthopedic outpatient care is preferred.
• A proven track record in designing and implementing successful exercise regimens for diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with contemporary rehabilitation practices and the latest evidence-based approaches in physiotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
