Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, review pertinent medical history, and document findings accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate input from both patients and their families, ensuring everyone is aligned with the established goals for recovery.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique presentation, adapting to their needs to maximize rehabilitation success.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient care, adjusting therapy plans based on patient progress and changing conditions.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring seamless transitions for patients as they progress toward independence.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient interactions, including evaluation notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, to support continuity of care.
• Utilize effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations while participating in marketing activities that promote the facility's services.
• Contribute actively to departmental goals and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to accreditation requirements.
• Pursue ongoing education opportunities for personal and professional development and mentor students and new staff as a clinical instructor.
• Champion patient experience initiatives by providing responsive, compassionate care that enhances accessibility to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from post-surgical orthopedic cases to those recovering from neurological conditions and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
