Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, setting personalized treatment goals and creating comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, ensuring techniques are tailored to patients' specific needs and functional levels.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and achieve set objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement comprehensive care strategies.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, guiding their contributions to patient management and ensuring effective delivery of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
