Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to screen, diagnose, and formulate personalized treatment plans for patients with varying injuries, diseases, and disabilities.
• Utilize recognized physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practices to provide effective treatment aimed at optimizing patient recovery and outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with patients and their caregivers to educate them on treatment processes, goals, and strategies for successful rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental requirements, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date.
• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring high standards of care and effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current state Physical Therapist license is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
