Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries in an outpatient setting, crafting personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient treatment progress meticulously, ensure accurate tracking of outcomes, and modify therapy plans when necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients as well as their families and caregivers about the use of assistive devices and self-care practices to foster independence in their daily activities.
• Engage in continual re-evaluation of patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to meet evolving needs and therapeutic goals.
• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and networking with peers, to stay current on industry advancements and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.

• Proficiency in computer applications and word processing.
• Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
