You will have access to in-house credentialing and streamline your insurance participation, supported by a dedicated management team.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your role will involve:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring clinical interventions to meet unique client needs.

• Performing initial comprehensive patient evaluations, and triaging care appropriately to ensure timely interventions.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams through effective communication, documentation, and participation in patient rounds.
\n
• Demonstrating the ability to address the physical, psychological, educational, social, and safety needs of a diverse patient population.
\n
• Managing cases for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity through ethical and timely completion of documentation as per departmental standards.
\n
• Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities during sessions to assist clients and families in achieving their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your commitment to providing empathetic and culturally competent care will be essential in supporting clients who seek your help during their most vulnerable times.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LCSW issued by the State.

• Willingness to commit between 10 to 40 hours (or more) per week to deliver therapy sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum requirement is 2 years of experience, candidates that have experience with telehealth platforms, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a diverse range of psychological disorders will be considered favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy:
