Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather comprehensive data regarding clients’ mental health status, including personal history and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs, incorporating therapeutic interventions to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, which may include individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention as needed.

• Facilitate therapeutic activities, ensuring that clients engage in methodologies that promote healing and self-discovery.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, treatment progress notes, and session reports in compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance the support offered to clients, fostering a comprehensive care approach.

• Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings to discuss case management, receive feedback, and engage in professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on a diverse clientele composed of individuals who may be experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and various behavioral health concerns. Given the outpatient nature of this position, counselors will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, allowing for a rich and fulfilling counseling practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of mental health principles.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, along with a minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, with demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute treatment plans for various conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
