Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing tools, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.

• Provide mental health evaluations, identify diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress management.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions and equip them with coping strategies to foster better decision-making and emotional regulation.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress according to industry standards and guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing care to adult clients who are stable and generally present with low acuity mental health concerns. By addressing a range of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Experience and proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic techniques to achieve positive treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Understanding of psychopharmacology and familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration.

• A proven track record of effectively achieving positive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with your hours worked. Additional benefits include:
