Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve guiding clients from various backgrounds and experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. By addressing their mental health challenges through virtual therapy, you will enable clients to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates with higher qualifications (Master’s degree or beyond) will be preferred.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New York State, including qualifications such as LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy, demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic techniques and client rapport building.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and comfort in conducting therapy sessions online, ensuring high-quality interactions with clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building relationships and fostering trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
