Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and needs.

• Formulate, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Employ teletherapy tools effectively to provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients facing immediate emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and current professional license in one of the following categories: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• No history of disciplinary actions by the licensing board.
